In order to regulate relations associated with charging a fee to obtain a numbering resource from a telecom operator, establish the amount of the fee collected, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Communications”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for charging a fee to obtain a numbering resource from a telecom operator and the amount of the fee charged.
