In order to properly carry out the work on the implementation of the Program “Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: The National Program of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, strengthening control over the measures taken in this direction, as well as further increasing the responsibility of managers for the socio-economic development of velayats and the city of Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution appointing responsible curators:

in Balkan velayat – Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Chakyev Mammethan Berdimyradovich;

in Dashoguz velayat – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Yazmyradov Annageldi Orazberdievich;

in Lebap velayat – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Abdrakhmanov Shakhym;

in Mary velayat – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Amannepesov Nurmukhammet Kakabaevich;

in the city of Ashgabat – Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Purchekov Charymyrat Khyvalievich.

In order to successfully fulfill the strategic tasks stipulated in the Program “Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052” and “The Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”, improvement of the adopted programs, plans, concepts of socio-economic development and the main directions of development of the industrial sector of the velayats, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on the issues of some programs of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the document of the Ministry, the sectoral departments, the khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, together with the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Supreme Control Chamber, taking into account that the terms of programs, plans, concepts of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and the main directions of development of the industrial sector of the velayats expire in 2022, should:

within a month, carry out an inventory and analysis of objects, buildings the construction and installation work of which has not been started until 2022 and is currently ongoing, as well as activities that have not been started;

suspend reporting on facilities and buildings the construction and installation work of which has not been started until 2022, as well as on activities that have not been started;

ensure the implementation of ongoing construction and installation works on facilities and buildings and the implementation of ongoing activities, as well as quarterly reporting.

The document also instructs the relevant ministries, branch departments, khyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, together with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution within a month.

In order to create favorable conditions aimed at improving the social conditions and well-being of the population for further improvement of the quality of life, successfully fulfilling the tasks provided for in the Program “Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on the transformation of the social and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, cities of etraps and etrap centers for the period up to 2028.

The velayats’ khyakimliks, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, together with the relevant ministries and branch departments, are assigned to ensure its timely execution.

In order to continue, in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the socio-economic development of an independent, permanently neutral Homeland, the consistent implementation of measures aimed at strengthening the economic power of the country and its regions, ensuring a prosperous and happy life by improving the social and living standards of the population, guided by the great successes achieved in socio-economic, cultural development of the country and implemented grandiose transformations under the wise leadership of the Hero-Arkadag, as well as strategic goals, stipulated in the Program “Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028.

Ministries, branch departments, khyakimliks of velayats and the city of Ashgabat are commissioned to ensure its timely and proper execution.

In order to determine the priority directions of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy activities, further improve its political and legal foundations, and ensure the effective fulfillment of the tasks facing the state in the system of international politics, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Concept of the Foreign Policy Course of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2022-2028.

The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving the composition of the State Commission for Admission to Higher and Secondary Vocational Educational Institutions of Turkmenistan in 2022.

The above-mentioned State Commission is instructed to carry out organizational and methodological guidance for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the country in 2022 and organize its conduct in accordance with the established procedure.

The velayats’ khyakimliks and the city of Ashgabat are instructed to create the necessary conditions for the proper activity of the working commissions for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving the plan of admission to study in 2022 in higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan in the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, as well as the plan of admission to study in 2022 in secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan.

Higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan are ordered to organize admission to study in the period July 11 – August 26, 2022 and conduct entrance exams in velayat and Ashgabat city centers.

In order to train in accordance with international standards in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, state leaders and employees, as well as masters for central and local executive authorities, local self-government bodies, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving:

the plan of admission of students to retraining courses for government officials (two academic years) of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for government officials (training period of five months) Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for civil servants in commercial arbitration (training period of four months) of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year;

the plan of admission of students to advanced training courses for employees of local executive authorities and local self-government (training period is two months) of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year;

admission plan on a fee paid basis for a course in the direction of master’s training (duration of study from one academic year to two) of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year;

the procedure for organizing entrance examinations for admission of listeners and students to the courses of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2022-2023 academic year.
