Central Bank of Turkmenistan has been instructed to allocate credit funds to increase oil production

In order to successfully implement the objectives set for the oil and gas industry of the country and ensure the timely performance of the planned work to increase oil production, the President of Turkmenistan signed the relevant Decree. According to the document, the Central Bank has been instructed to allocate credit funds to the “Türkmenbaşy” Joint Stock Commercial Bank for granting bank loans to the “Türkmennebit” State Concern for the purpose of financing the planned work to increase oil production through the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.
