In order to improve the quality of education and increase the level of educational training of cadets of specialized military schools in the epoch of power and happiness, create study conditions for them corresponding to modern innovative technologies, as well as further enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Ashgabat, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution. According to the document, the Ministry of Defense is allowed to conclude with the Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Turkish company a contract for the design and construction with landscaping of the adjacent territory of the complex of buildings of the 1^st specialized military 700-seat school named after Berdimuhamed Annayev along the capital’s Beyik Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Avenue under the condition of laying external supply engineering systems of water supply and sewerage.

The document enacts to begin the construction work in January of 2022 and commission the complex in August of 2024 with full readiness for operation.
