With a view of creation of favourable conditions for population of the country to celebrate International Day of Neutrality and to enjoy a good rest as well as in accordance with the second part of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has decreed:
1. To put off a day-off of December 12, 2021 for Monday – December, 13.
2. All institutions, enterprises and organizations irrespective of their forms of ownership, shall ensure fulfilment of the given Decree.
