The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan is allowed to carry out work related to the entry into force of the Credit Agreement

In accordance with Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1515 dated October 9, 2021, in order to fulfill the Credit Agreement on financing the construction of the combined mineral fertilizers production workshop at S.A. Niyazov Turkmenabat Chemical Plant, concluded between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan to initiate work on entering of the above agreement into force.

The document instructed the "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern to conclude an internal Credit Agreement with the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan.
