As already reported, on September 26, with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the opening of a multidisciplinary complex that has no analogues in the region, symbolically named “Ashgabat”, took place in the capital. Today, the Shopping and Entertainment Center included in its infrastructure was visited by members of the Government of the country together with their grandchildren, familiarized with the opportunities created here for family recreation and interesting pastime for children and adults.

It should be noted that this magnificent capital object with architectural appearance harmoniously combines the primordial traditions of national architecture and advanced trends in the field of world urban planning, was put into operation on the eve of a wide nationwide celebration of the 30^th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland.

A good omen of the modern historical era was the opening in honor of holidays and significant dates of large new buildings of various, as well as social purposes, erected both in the capital and in all corners of the country. All this is a clear confirmation of the successful implementation of the state policy pursued by the nation’s leader, the key goal of which is to create optimal conditions for the life, work and leisure of Turkmen citizens.

Today, Ashgabat, which is a visible symbol of Turkmenistan’s comprehensive progress, is rightfully recognized as one of the most modern, beautiful and dynamically developing cities in the region and the world. At the initiative of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a comprehensive urban development program is being consistently implemented in the capital, focused on the broad practical implementation of innovations and the best engineering and technical developments in this area.

In this regard, it is noteworthy that the new Shopping and Entertainment Center has been awarded a number of international certificates: “For the Construction on the Basis of High Technologies” of the German Council of Shopping Centers of Germany, “Certificate of Excellence 2021” of the Docklands Academy for Scientific Research (London), “Original Design” of the Vorarlberger Institute of Architecture of Austria, and also accepted as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

This project, developed with regard to the expanding borders of the main city of the country and the increasing number of its inhabitants, was initially given a special status as an important link in the infrastructure formed on the basis of an organic combination of all its components, including trade and recreation. So, the Center provides all conditions for comfortable leisure. At the same time, much attention is paid to young visitors, whose well-being is a priority of the state policy of Turkmenistan.

A distinctive feature of the Shopping and Entertainment Center is the latest interactive technologies used in its design. One of its original decorations is a musical LED fountain that allows you to enjoy the amazing play of water and light. This method, being an innovative direction of modern design, has a beneficial effect on people. Its use is evidence of the active introduction of advanced technologies in large-scale projects carried out on the initiative of the national leader.
