President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a Decree on discharge of military personnel from the Armed Forces, other troops of Turkmenistan, who serve by conscription and next conscription of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service. In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and Law of military duty and military service of Turkmenistan, he has decided:

1. To discharge in October-December 2021 from the Armed Forces, military personnel and other troops of Turkmenistan serving by conscription, who have served the terms established by law.

2. to conscript for military service in October-December 2021 male citizens of Turkmenistan who are not entitled to deferment from the draft and who by the day of conscription has attained 18 and citizens under 27 who have lost the right to deferment from the draft.

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the moment of publication.

Also, pursuant to the above Decree, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed the Order, according to which the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan, Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, Head of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, Head of the Security Service of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan is ordered to discharge military personnel who have served the prescribed period, in a solemn atmosphere, according to the plans of discharge, to encourage excellent servicemen of military and social and humanitarian education.
