Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on the commitment to universally recognized international norms for protection of human rights and freedoms, considering the right of people to freely choose citizenship, and also in accordance with the Law on Citizenship of Turkmenistan, The President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree "On admission to citizenship of Turkmenistan," deciding to admit a group of persons, permanent residents in the territory of our country and who have no citizenship, to the citizenship of Turkmenistan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs and State Migration Service were instructed, together with relevant ministries and departments, to continue to work on registration of documents of stateless persons applying for admission to Turkmen citizenship, followed by making relevant proposals to the President of Turkmenistan.

Also, guided by the principles of humanism and kindness of our ancestors, based on the commitment to universally recognized international standards for protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as in accordance with the Migration Act, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution according to which a group of foreign citizens were granted permission to reside in our country.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Migration Service, together with relevant ministries and departments, were instructed to continue to work on registration of documents of foreign citizens and stateless persons who applied for a residence permit in our country, with subsequent submission of relevant proposals to the President of Turkmenistan.
