The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the following talented performers - rising stars of art - who demonstrated the great skills and distinguished themselves among young singers from the velayats of our country and Ashgabat, who participated in the TV contest "ýaňlan, Diýarym!" in honor of the celebration of the glorious 30th anniversary of independence within the framework of the competition "Türkmeniň Altyn asyry" among workers of literature, culture and arts, amateur young singers and gifted children, who are to contribute to the development of the national culture and art of the Turkmen people, are announced as the contest winners and are awarded with the gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan:

from the Ahal velayat - an amateur artist of the rural Centre of Culture of the Kichiag Gengeshlik, Serahs etrap, Charyeva Myakhri Charyevna;

from the Balkan velayat - the accompanist of the Garadegish rural Centre of Culture of the Department of Culture of the Esenguly Etrap Kerimov Dortguly Bayramgeldievich;

from the Dashoguz velayat - an amateur artist of the rural Centre of Culture of the Agzybir Gengeshlik of the etrap named after Gurbansoltan eje Veyisov Kuvvat Jepbar oglu;

from Lebap velayat - artist of Sayat Etrap Center of Culture Tayyrov Alym Rovshenovich;
