Following the traditionally good-neighborly relations and friendly cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, based on the principles of mutual respect and support, in order to transfer the products manufactured in our country to the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation as a sign of friendship and good-neighborliness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing:

The Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of the Textile Industry and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to donate medicines and medical supplies, food products and goods to the Astrakhan Region of the Russian Federation.
