Petroleum products and textile are leading in exchange trades

62 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, brokers from Russia, United Arab Emirates, Great Britain, Turkey and Afghanistan have bought lighting kerosene and diesel fuel produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. Polypropylene and high-density polyethylene (SC Türkmengaz) were the subjects of trade between businessmen from Russia, UAE, Afghanistan and other countries. In addition, dyed terry products and cotton yarn have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, UAE, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 17,113,000 US dollars. For national currency, entrepreneurs from Great Britain, Canada, UAE, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Armenia have bought cotton yarn to total amount of more than 18 million manats. For home market, local entrepreneurs have purchased high-density polyethylene (SC Türkmengaz) and paraffin slack wax. The amount of transactions has exceeded 1,029,000 manats.
