In compliance with presidential Ukase “On admitting to the citizenship of Turkmenistan”, 361 people, permanently living in the territory of Turkmenistan and not holding citizenship, were granted citizenship of Turkmenistan. According to the document, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Interior Ministry of Turkmenistan, State Migration Service of Turkmenistan jointly with other related ministries and departments were commissioned to continue the work on preparing the documents of the stateless persons who have applied for citizenship of Turkmenistan. The issue-related proposals are to be submitted to the President of Turkmenistan. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Innovative Activity Development Program of Turkmenistan for 2015-2020, as well as the Action Plan for the Program’s implementation. According to the document, Turkmenistan’s Academy of Sciences, the ministries and sectoral departments are prescribed to ensure the implementation of the within-said Program. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Turkmen side’s membership of the Turkmen-Pakistani Working Commission for cooperation in the field of transport The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on announcing 60 young scientists and students the winners of the 2015-competition of scientific works conducted by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan in association with the Central Council of Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and on awarding valuable prizes to them.
