In accordance with the Decree of the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service Garadjaev Rovshen Yazmuhammedovich is awarded with the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
