Turkmenistan is ready for IX International Gas Congress

IX International Gas Congress will be held in Berkarar Hotel, Avaza National tourist zone on May 23 – 24. Vice-premier M. Meredov who is in charge of fuel and energy complex informed the Head of the State on the preparation to the forum at video conference session on May 21. It was mentioned that more than 70 foreign companies expressed the intent to participate in representative forum. Round tables will be also organized, during which the exchange of opinions on construction of Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan – India gas line will be held. Having focused on the activation of international cooperation in this sphere, Turkmen leader requested to provide high organizational level of IX International Gas Congress and make all necessary conditions for tis effective work.
