President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, over the tragic crash of An-26 aircraft that led to great loss of life. On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, the head of state expressed the words of sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, and to the people of Russia.
