President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed deep condolences to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the fire at the Republican Narcological Dispensary in Khatai Region, Baku that caused numerous human victims and injuries. On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf, the head of the Turkmen state conveyed his deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and the wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
