The International Exhibition of Industrial Products, Equipment and Modern Technologies completed its work in Ashgabat. The large-scale forum demonstrated the achievements of the domestic industry, as well as the huge potential of this sphere, to which President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attaches the most important role in the Country Development Program for the next seven years. The current review as an effective platform for presenting advanced scientific ideas and effective solutions from chief world leaders in the field of industrial development, exchange of experience has become an important step in the search for new directions and formats for productive interaction. The exhibition highlighted the great interest of the foreign business community in strengthening its positions in the Turkmen market, which today attracts attention with high dynamics of development, good opportunities for establishing and expanding partnership ties on a long-term basis. The solid composition of its participants, including international corporations, national trade associations for import-export, large industrial diversified companies and manufacturing companies, consulting organizations, testifies to the recognition of Turkmenistan's successes on the way of industrial growth, increase of competitiveness of the country's branches in the world market. The large-scale exposition covered practically all key areas of the national economic complex - fuel and energy complex, electric power industry, communications, construction, chemical and textile industries, gas and petrochemicals, construction materials, food, trade, services. The exhibitors presented high-quality household appliances and electronics, medical laboratory equipment, furniture, as well as developments in the field of science and space technologies, the use of renewable energy sources and others. On the stands of the state and business structures of the country, foreign companies were demonstrated mock-ups of industrial complexes and constructions of various purposes under construction, samples of machinery and equipment, construction materials, and a large assortment of products of mass demand. Within three days of the exhibition presentations of participating companies, meetings and negotiations with acting and potential partners were held. Domestic entrepreneurs, interested in expanding direct contacts with foreign specialists, working together on new projects and proposals have shown high business activity. At the solemn ceremony of closing the specialized review, participants were awarded diplomas and certificates of international standard.
