In order to improve the architectural and town-planning image of the country, strengthening the quality control of constructed facilities, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which in contracts concluded with local construction enterprises, regardless of the form of ownership of the construction of buildings and structures, their reconstruction based on orders of ministries , branch departments, other state institutions, enterprises, organizations and khyakimliks, regardless of the sources of funding, prescribed to provide compulsory payment of 5 percent of the cost of actually performed work without taking into account VAT on conditions of strict commissioning of the facilities by the Contractor, approval of the certificate of the state acceptance committee and the expiry of the one-year warranty period.
