By the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Shohrat Amangeldiyev, previously occupying the position of the Hyakim of Kaahka etrap was appointed as the Hyakim of Ahal Velayat. According to the Resolution of the Head of the State, Deputy Head of the Administration of Kaahka etrap Arman Gurbanov was appointed as the Acting Hyakim of Kaahka etrap.
