Turkmen-Romanian working commission on cooperation in the power engineering sphere held a regular session in the Oil and Gas complex. The delegation of the representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Romania arrived in the Turkmen capital to take part in the meeting. The meeting participants expressed satisfaction with the high level of the interstate cooperation, built on the principles of mutual trust and benefit. According to those speaking during the meeting, the further modernization and technical upgrade of the enterprises of the gas and oil producing and petrochemical industry, the implementation of the projects on the construction of modern gas processing complexes, including the enterprises on the production of gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, polyethylene, polypropylene and other gas chemical products, are among the keys aspects of the energy strategy in Turkmenistan. The transparency of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan, the rich natural resources and the favourable investment climate, created in Turkmenistan open up wide opportunities for enhancing the international cooperation in all spheres, including the oil and gas area. The relevant protocol was signed on the outcomes of the meeting.
