9th Session of Turkmen–Austrian Joint Commission to Take Place in Ashgabat

On 4-5 December, Turkmenistan’s capital will host the 9th Session of the Turkmen–Austrian Joint Commission and a business forum. This has been reported at the Government session by O.Gurbannazarov, Vice Premier supervising trade and entrepreneurship. 24 government enterprises and companies, working in such fields as energy, machine engineering, agriculture, construction industry, transport, healthcare, tourism, education and computer technology, are expected to attend the events from the Austrian side. In this regard, the head of state has stressed the importance of expanding the Turkmen-Austrian commercial and economic cooperation, and emphasized that it is on the professional level that the foundation is laid for developing the partnership capacity and working together on promising business ideas. The Vice Premier was instructed to ensure the high level of organization of the upcoming session of the Turkmen–Austrian Joint Commission and forum of representatives of business communities of the two countries.
