Delayed coker unit will be installed at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. The results of the international tender for its construction have been announced at the Government session by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Minister in charge of fuel and energy complex, M.Babayev. As reported by the Vice Premier, implementation of this project will increase the refining depth and production volumes of liquefied gas, gasoline, diesel fuel, petroleum coke and sludge, and also enhance the quality of road bitumen used in the making of asphalt. One of the qualification requirements for participants of the international tender is the use of innovation to ensure rational use of hydrocarbon resources and environmental safety.
