Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held the first online working meeting in the new year 2023, which passes under the motto “Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A.Yazmyradov, who supervises the agro-industrial complex and khyakims of velayats to consider the issues connected with seasonal agricultural activities in the country.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez on the occasion of the national holiday of the country – the Day of Liberation of the Republic of Cuba.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Slovak Republic Ms. Zuzana Čaputová and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Slovak Republic.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, according to a good tradition, attended the New Year's performance at the Main New Year Tree of the country, installed on the square in front of the Älem Cultural and Entertainment Center.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a joint session of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council, to which the khyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat city were also invited.

Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev discussed the state and future of interstate cooperation meeting key interests of Turkmen and Uzbek people during the telephone conversation today.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the solemnities on the occasion of the opening of a large complex of new modern social projects – residential houses, a comprehensive secondary school, a nursery school, a shopping and entertainment centre and other projects in the western populated area of the capital.

Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left on a working visit to the Russian Federation, where he took part in an informal Summit of CIS leaders, traditionally held annually in St. Petersburg at the end of the outgoing year.

Today President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held the visiting extended meeting of the Cabinet, which considered projects of buildings erected in the new administration centre of Akhal region. The agenda of the meeting included the course of fulfilment of the tasks given earlier on construction of the new administration centre of Akhal region.

Today President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
