In order to further develop the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.

In order to develop the country's road construction industry in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, modernize and increase the country's transport and transit potential in accordance with developed world technologies, form a modern system for the transportation of goods and passengers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution in accordance with which the State Agency for Management construction of roads, it was allowed to conclude a contract with Limited Liability Company Road Construction “Altcom” (Ukraine) for the design and construction of a two-way two-lane road bridge across the Garabogaz Kol Bay along the Turkmenbashy–Garabogaz–Kazakhstan border highway and its supply roads.

In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the oil and gas industry of the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, as well as supply the State Concern “Türkmengaz” with the necessary chemicals, catalysts and ceramic balls, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Concern “Turkmengaz” to conclude a contract with the company “Altavista F.Z.C” (UAE) contract for the purchase of chemicals, catalysts and ceramic balls.

In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the development of the country's agriculture in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, further increase the volume of agricultural and food products, as well as the creation of guaranteed food abundance, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the hakimliks of the Balkan and Mary velayats to ensure the production of a high yield of sugar beet in the etraps of the above velayats using scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agrotechnical requirements.

In order to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the sectors of the economy of Turkmenistan, the rational and efficient use of water resources, as well as the creation of additional water reserves, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution in accordance with which the Government Commission on Water Supply was established and its composition was approved.

In order to implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, create favorable conditions for a healthy life, modern education and upbringing, the formation of the young generation as specialists with a broad outlook, well versed in innovative technologies, as well as the consistent strengthening of the material and technical base of the system Education The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing the Ministry of Education to conclude contracts:
