In order to organize high-level international events in our country in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.  

In order to create favorable conditions for interesting and useful leisure of vacationers in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, to ensure a high degree of their safety, as well as to improve the quality of services rendered to vacationers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, and in its accordance a Management Center for recreation organization in the Avaza National Tourist Zone has been created and approved its composition.

Honoring the unparalleled heroism shown on the battlefields by the participants in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the dedication of gray-haired mothers who worked at that time in the rear, taking into account the noble work they are doing to educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, courage, strengthening the unity and solidarity of our people, merits in the successful implementation of the cardinal reforms being carried out in the country, as well as on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree instructing the hakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps in honor of the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, in a solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, present war veterans, as well as the widow of a soldier who died in the war, with cash gifts in the amount of 200 manats and valuable gifts.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan for improper performance of official duties, failure to ensure the implementation of instructions to reduce the volume of goods imported from foreign countries, and weakening control over the activities of subordinate institutions in the field of trade, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Gylyjov Chary Bayramovich was strictly reprimanded with the last warning to correct as soon as possible admitted deficiencies.

By the order of the President of Turkmenistan, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Mammedova Mahrijemal Mekandurdyyevna was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, admitted deficiencies in work.

In order to improve the activities of the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for the Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization of the United Nations (UNESCO), the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on approving the Regulations on the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO.

By Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, hyakim of Ahal velayat Gurbanov Yazmukhammed was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in the implementation of the National Rural Program in the velayat.

In order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the native people in the Era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, solicitous attitude to centuries-old traditions and customs, preservation of our spiritual wealth, as well as in accordance with Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Licensing of certain types of activities” and the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1771 dated May 29, 2020 “On improving the organization of licensing activities in Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution conforming the Regulation on licensing of transport-expediting activities. The document assigns the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a proposal on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan resulting from this Resolution within a month.

In order to further improve the museum business in independent neutral Turkmenistan, to support the development of museums in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, as well as in accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On Culture” and “On Museums and Museum Business”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree approving the procedure and conditions for assigning the legal status of National to museums.
