The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources Management of Turkmenistan to make contracts with the relevant foreign companies for purchasing the chemicals and field sprayers to use them in the wheat cultivation campaign-2017, cotton seed treatment in the forthcoming sowing campaign-2017, and for locust control.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the Procedure for drawing up and issuing the accreditation cards (as well as a sample of the accreditation card) to be applied in the period of organizing and holding the V Asian Games.

By Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Amanberdy Hodjamuhammedovich Tuiliev is appointed as Deputy Minister of Industry of Turkmenistan.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Annanyyazova Guljemile Geldimyradovna was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on conferring the Title of Turkmenistan «Altyn asyryň hünär ussady» on L.J. Amanniyazova.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed the following Laws of Turkmenistan: “On Ombudsman”, “On rendering psychiatric support”, “On the amateur and folk arts”, “On Food Security” (a revised version), “On the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan” (a revised version), “On Amending and Supplementing the Code of Turkmenistan on Administrative Violations”, “On Amending the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan”, “On Amending the Criminal Executive Code of Turkmenistan”, “On Amending Several Legislative Acts of Turkmenistan”, “On Amending the Family Code of Turkmenistan”, “On Amending and Supplementing the Law of Turkmenistan on the Diplomatic Service”.

Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, speaking at the Global conference on Sustainable Transport held in Ashgabat, said that following this important subject submitted for discussion during the forum, he decided to participate personally in this exclusively important event.

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, Ata Oveznepesovich Serdarov was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (Brussels), with concurrent accreditation to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
