By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Tashliyev Guvanchmyrat Ashyrmyradovich was appointed deputy hakim of the Altyn Asyr etrap, Ahal velayat.
In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:
In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution.
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and each family, and on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree pardoning convicts on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving their main sentence in the form of imprisonment.
In order to successfully implement the tasks defined in the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022–2028," the "National Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Transformation of Social and Living Conditions of the Population of Villages, Towns, Etrap Cities and Etrap Centers for the Period up to 2028" in its new edition, to ensure the necessary social and living conditions for the people, and in connection with the establishment of the Altyn Asyr etrap in Ahal velayat, Garashsyzlyk and Gubadag etraps in Dashoguz velayat, Farap, Dovletli, and Garabekevul etraps in Lebap velayat, and Oguzhan etrap in Mary velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree establishing the hakimlik of the Altyn Asyr etrap of Ahal velayat, the hakimliks of Garashsyzlyk and Gubadag etraps of Dashoguz velayat, the hakimliks of Farap, Dovletli, and Garabekevul etraps of Lebap velayat, and the hakimlik of Oguzhan etrap of Mary velayat.
In order to significantly increase the country's export potential in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree authorizing the State Concern "Türkmenhimiýa" to conclude a contract with the companies "Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd." (Japan) and "Gap İnşaat Yatırım ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" (Republic of Turkiye) for the design and construction, including landscaping of adjacent areas, of a complex for the production of 1,155,000 tons of urea per year in the Turkmenbashi etrap of Balkan velayat.
For the creation of modern, perfect works, artistically reflecting the significance of large-scale works successfully implemented in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the happy life of united people, national traditions and customs, ancient values, unique cultural heritage, for successful performance at cultural events, festive celebrations, contribution to the development of Turkmen culture, art, literature and taking into account the proposals of the commission for the selection of winners of the competition as well as in commemoration of the glorious 34th anniversary of the sacred independence of the country, I decree:
