In order to carefully preserve the ancestral spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, to consistently enhance national traditions and customs inherited from ancestors, guided by the noble principles of humanism, kindness and generosity, to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the epoch of might and happiness in accordance with article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree, authorizing:

In accordance with the 2019-2025 Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the country’s socio-economic development, to successfully tackle the tasks assigned to the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex, to ensure uninterrupted supplies of petroleum products to foreign markets, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex to conclude a contract with Petro Gas LLP (United Kingdom) for the design and construction of a third loading berth for Kenar, an enterprise specializing in the transportation and storage of petroleum products. Under the terms of the contract, the project shall be fully completed and put into service within 30 months.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Bashimov Atageldi Nepesovich was appointed deputy chairman of "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country was sent on a mission to Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the High-Level International conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Interconnectedness. Challenges and Opportunities” on July 14-16, 2021.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Purchekov Charymyrat was appointed as the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan at interim.

With a view of further ensuring high rates of social and economic development of Turkmenistan, intensification of enterprise activity in various branches of national economy, according to the Law of Turkmenistan «On the state support of small and medium size business», increases in volumes and assortment of the goods made by the small and medium enterprises, increases of their competitiveness in the foreign markets and creations of additional workplaces the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to approve the structure of the State Commission for Support of Small and Medium Size Business in Turkmenistan.

To implement bilateral agreements between Turkmenistan and Japan, and to foster relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution approving the Turkmen side’s membership of the Turkmenistan-Japan Economic Committee.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Atayev Serdar Orazmyradovich was appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection for Environmental Protection and Land Resources.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution assigning to hold the Week of Culture on June 22 – 27, 2022 in Mary Region for development of national culture, song and music, theatre, cinematographic and visual art, television, radio, cultural and educational establishment, printing and publishing sphere, study of art heritage, stimulation of art personnel to create new works, improvement of quality of modern services to our consolidated people by cultural sphere as well as holding of the Day of Cultural and Art Personnel and the Day of Magtumguly Fragi Poetry.

In order to strengthen the legal framework of the state policy in the field of environmental protection in the epoch of might and happiness, to determine the main directions of work to prevent climate change and reduce its impact, increase the resilience of ecosystems and forestry to climate change, as well as to ensure the successful implementation of the “National Strategy Of Turkmenistan on Climate Change in the new edition”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the National Forestry Programme of Turkmenistan for 2021–2025 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
