Orazgeldi Amandurdyevich Gurbanov was released from the post of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan for serious shortcomings in his work.

By the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Shohrat Jumayev was released from posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (city of Paris) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Portuguese Republic in connection with his transfer to other work.

Following the age-old traditions of good-neighborliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to provide medical assistance to victims of fires in the Republic of Turkey, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to donate humanitarian aid, including medicines and medical supplies to the Republic of Turkey.

Deputy Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh K.Babaev was sent on August 5, 2021 by the decree of the President of Turkmenistan to the city of Teheran of the Islamic Republic of Iran for participation in the ceremony of inauguration of the newly elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Muhammedov Hakmyrat Kakabaevich was relieved of his post as Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Minister of Defense - Director of Armaments of the Ministry of Defense Shirmat Babanazarov was severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over subordinate personnel and shortcomings in work.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Major Rejepov Batyr Ovlyagulyevich was appointed the Head of the Department of the State Migration Service for the city of Ashgabat.

In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to implement the tasks set by the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Intergovernmental Commission on Water Management Issues, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Commission for the Turkmen side.

In accordance with a Presidential Decree, Annageldi Bayramdurdyevich Saparov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Operations.

In order to strengthen and further develop multilateral relations with the Central Asian states, to implement the initiatives put forward in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on establishing the Organizing Committee for the High-Level Consultative Meeting of the heads of Central Asian states in the Avaza National Tourist Zone on August 6, 2021, as well as the dialogue of women of Central Asian countries and related events, as well as approved its membership.
