In order to provide the agricultural sector of the country with mineral fertilizers, as well as the production enterprises of the chemical industry of Turkmenistan with the necessary chemical products, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the "Türkmenhimiýa"State Concern to conclude contracts with the limited liability companies "Navoiy Milling" and "Uzkimyoimpeks" (the Republic of Uzbekistan) for the purchase of 512.000 tons of phosphate rock and chemical products in 2022–2025.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, H. Ashyrmyradov was released of his post as the Hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat. R. Khojagulyev was appointed as the new Hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap.

Considering the contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the Motherland, fulfillment of the sacred military duty, great services in strengthening the rule of law and order, maintaining peace in society, as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan and in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree "On conferring military and special ranks, as well as class ranks to servicemen and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan".

In order to further develop the healthcare sector and strengthen its material and technical base in an epoch of might and happiness, to carry out effective preventive measures to recover the health of citizens, as well as to continue work on the construction of modern healthcare facilities in the country that meet international standards, supplied with the most advanced medical equipment, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry to conclude a contract with the Turkish company "Gap Insaat Ýatyrym we Dyş Tijaret A.Ş." for the design and construction of the International Treatment and Rehabilitation Center designed for 400 patients, supplied with modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, specialized training of specialists, and improvement of the adjacent territory in Ashgabat.

In order to further improve the provision of health care institutions of the country with ambulance cars and improve the quality of emergency medical care provided to the population in the epoch of might and happiness, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree instructing the relevant officials to transfer 10 «Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 224 Panel» ambulance cars to the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry from the reserve fund of the President of Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted individuals on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan».

In accordance with the tasks arising from the Concept of Turkmenistan’s chair over the Economic Cooperation Organization in 2021, in order to organize the 15th Summit of the Heads of State of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Turkmenistan at the high level, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Organizational committee.

In order to practically implement the initiatives put forward by Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea, as well as to thoroughly prepare for the upcoming Sixth Caspian Summit in Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the above Summit.

In order to hold the international conference «Politics of Peace and Confidence - the Basis of International Security, Stability and Development» at the high level, on the occasion of declaring the year of 2021 as the «International Year of Peace and Confidence» on the initiative of Turkmenistan based on the Resolution of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the President of Turkmenistan signed Resolution, approving the membership of the Organizing Committee for the above-mentioned international conference.

In order to develop constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the delegations of the Lebap and Dashoguz velayats are sent to the Bukhara and Khorezm regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 22, 2021.
