In order to practically implement the initiatives put forward by Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea, as well as to thoroughly prepare for the upcoming Sixth Caspian Summit in Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the above Summit.

In order to hold the international conference «Politics of Peace and Confidence - the Basis of International Security, Stability and Development» at the high level, on the occasion of declaring the year of 2021 as the «International Year of Peace and Confidence» on the initiative of Turkmenistan based on the Resolution of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the President of Turkmenistan signed Resolution, approving the membership of the Organizing Committee for the above-mentioned international conference.

In order to develop constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the delegations of the Lebap and Dashoguz velayats are sent to the Bukhara and Khorezm regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 22, 2021.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a Decree on discharge of military personnel from the Armed Forces, other troops of Turkmenistan, who serve by conscription and next conscription of citizens of Turkmenistan for military service. In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan "On the diplomatic service" and "On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign countries", as well as in order to strengthen the staff of the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations and ensure the effective implementation of the tasks assigned to it, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the cost estimate and personnel chart of the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations for 2021.

In order to successfully solve the tasks set to the "Türkmengeologiýa" State Concern in accordance with the "Programme for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan till 2030", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the "Türkmengeologiýa" State Corporation to conclude a contract with the "Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited" (Singapore) company for 3D exploration and research work in the eastern section of the Goturdepe field in the Balkan zone of Western Turkmenistan, as well as in 2D in the South Burun area.

In order to further increase the glory of "paradise" horses - the national pride and heritage of the Turkmen people in the epoch of might and happiness, as well as to hold high-level events on the occasion of the National holiday - the Turkmen Horse Day, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the "Türkmen Atlary" State Association to conclude a contract with the "Berk ýol" Economic Society for the reconstruction of the race track in the Balkan equestrian complex.
