In order to strengthen the humanitarian partnership between Turkmenistan and the United Nations, expand women's rights, and implement jointly with international organisations the tasks arising in this area of inclusive child development, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
The Mejlis of Turkmenistan resolves:
In order to further enhance cooperation between Turkmenistan and the State of Qatar and significantly expand bilateral trade, economic, scientific, technical, and humanitarian relations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Intergovernmental Turkmen-Qatari Commission on trade-economic cooperation from the Turkmen side.
In order to identify talented creative workers who reflect through impeccable works the grandiose reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, the 35th anniversary of sacred independence, permanent neutrality, glorious history and national values, to select the most skilful among them and encourage them, as well as to enrich Turkmen literature with major works and significantly develop national art, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on the announcement of a competition among literary, cultural and artistic figures, amateur young performers and gifted children for the prize of the President of Turkmenistan «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry».
In order to further enhance the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, as well as implement the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-Tatarstan working group on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation from the Turkmen side.
Taking into account the great achievements in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, building up its economic potential, implementing state programs for the development of domestic agriculture, special services to the sovereign Fatherland and courageous people, conscientious and exemplary work over many years, and also on the occasion of the Harvest holiday, I RESOLVED:
