On June 25, agricultural workers in Boldumsaz Etrap, Dashoguz Velayat and Etrek Etrap, Balkan Velayat reported on the fulfillment of their contractual obligations, delivering more than 18,500 tons and 4,300 tons of grain to the receiving points of the country respectively.

Today, events have been held  in the eastern region of the country, in accordance with the program of the Week of Culture,   that reveal the significance of the large-scale work carried out in Turkmenistan to preserve and study historical and architectural monuments, as well as introduce the achievements in the field of the domestic film industry. 

Today, the capital hosted a conference "International cooperation in the field of food security", which was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the Foreign Ministry, representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan, employees of a number of research institutions, teachers of Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, as well as, foreign agricultural scientists  through the video communication system. 

Today, the capital has hosted a meeting between senior officials of the Ministry of Finance and Economy and UNICEF Representative in Turkmenistan Christine Weigand. The meeting focused on key areas of the partnership and issues relating to the realization of the 2021-2025 Country Program of Cooperation signed between UNICEF and the Government of Turkmenistan, and the Joint SDGs Program on improving the system of social protection through the introduction of inclusive quality community-based social services.

As reported earlier, on June 23, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the official opening ceremony of Kerki International Airport, while on a working trip to Lebap velayat. 

Today the ceremonial opening of the cultural and entertainment center “Çagalar dünýäsi” took place in the city of Farab, Farab etrap.

The presentation of the book of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "The Spiritual World of the Turkmen", published in Italian, was held today at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The programme of thematically diverse day of the Week of Culture included the events taken place in different parts of the eastern region of the country, but united by a common idea - to reflect the continuity of the best traditions and humanistic ideals.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has received CEO of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev.

In the year marked by the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, Turkmen grain growers have achieved great labor success. Guided by the tasks set by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to build up the economic potential of the state, ensure food security, agricultural workers of Turkmenistan have gathered a rich crop of grain this year.
