Having completed his working trips to Mary and Lebap regions, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a visiting extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in the conference hall of the international airport of Turkmenabat city.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made a festive trip to Lebap velayat, where he got acquainted with the implementation of the state program of socio-economic development of the regions, the pace of grain harvesting, the state of affairs in the industrial complex. The head of state also held a visiting meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers here.

Today, on behalf of the head of state, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to Akhal velayat, where he inspected the progress of work on the construction of a new administrative center, got acquainted with the projects of various architectural objects planned to be installed on central avenues, and also held a working meeting.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has made a holiday trip to Mary region, where he familiarized himself with implementation of the State program for socio-economic development of regions, the course of seasonal activities carried out in agricultural fields, modernization of industrial infrastructure as well as fulfilment of tasks proceeding from the National rural redevelopment program.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of Iceland Gvyudni Johannesson and all the people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday - Republic Day.

At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on April 22, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the decision to develop a national brand (label) of the “Made in Turkmenistan” trademark.

In order to develop the country's road construction industry in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, modernize and increase the country's transport and transit potential in accordance with developed world technologies, form a modern system for the transportation of goods and passengers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution in accordance with which the State Agency for Management construction of roads, it was allowed to conclude a contract with Limited Liability Company Road Construction “Altcom” (Ukraine) for the design and construction of a two-way two-lane road bridge across the Garabogaz Kol Bay along the Turkmenbashy–Garabogaz–Kazakhstan border highway and its supply roads.

Today, in the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran, where on the day before President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived on an official visit, high-level talks took place.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping on the occasion of his birthday.

Today, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the participation of young people in the Congress Center of Turkmenistan, dedicated to priority issues of state youth policy, further improvement of national legislation in this sphere.
