Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on adherence to generally recognized international standards for the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a group of foreign citizens was given permission to reside in our country.
On the eve of the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, a series of openings of new facilities dedicated to this significant date took place in various regions of the country. The celebrations were attended by representatives of city, velayat and etrap khyakimliks, public organizations, venerable elders, and youth.
Turkmenistan is on the threshold of a significant, truly fateful date - the 32nd anniversary of independence. Over the years of sovereign development, our country has achieved impressive success in socio-economic development. The oil and gas industry, one of the leading sectors of the national economy, has an important role in strengthening the country’s economic independence.
Under the wise leadership of the respected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, large-scale transformations are being implemented for the socio-economic development of our country, consistently increasing the living standards of the people.
Deputy Prime Minister B. Annamamedov, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, following the example of Hero-Arkadag, made a working trip around the capital and Dashoguz velayat, getting acquainted with the implementation of a large-scale reform program in Ashgabat, preparations for the celebration of a significant date – the 32nd anniversary of independence.
In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state in 2024, when the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi will be widely celebrated, continuing the noble traditions of the Turkmens, uniting our compatriots living in different countries of the world under one sachak in order to glorify the policy of neutrality of our state, the principles of peace, friendship, good neighborliness and humanism, studying the material and spiritual heritage of our people, popularizing the great achievements of our country throughout the world, as well as developing relations in other areas, I decree:
Considering the significant contribution to improving the activities of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, merits in the study of national culture, art, folk art, literature, history of the Turkmen people and their popularization among other peoples of the world, strengthening friendly ties with the Turkmens of the world, propaganda in the international arena of state policy of an independent neutral Fatherland, the successes achieved during the years of independence, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 32nd anniversary of the sacred independence of neutral Turkmenistan, I decree:
