The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko on her anniversary and conferring the title of Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation.
Today, on the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the sports complex of martial arts of the Ashgabat Olympic village the ceremony of celebration of victories of prize-winners of international competitions took place. Sportsmen who have gained good results, were presented with memorable gifts and the book by the President of Turkmenistan «Ýaşlar - Watanyň daýanjy» on behalf of the head of the state and National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero-Arkadag.
The third issue of Arkadagly Ýaşlar e-Magazine published by the Central Council of Magtymguly Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan in the Year «The Found of the Wisdom of Magtymguly Fraghi» has been released.
In order to further increase the world glory of our “paradise” horses, being the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, as well as in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan # 12657 “On holding competitions on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse” dated November 16, 2012, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.

The next issue of the quarterly scientific and applied journal “Democracy and Law”, published by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy in Turkmen, English and Russian, has been published.
