In order to significantly improve the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the demands of the time, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree introducing the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for the Transport and Communications Complex.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which the results of the work fulfilled for six months of the current year were summed up and the course of realisation of programs of social and economic development of the country as well as personnel issues were considered.

The country’s grain growers have achieved great labor victories. Thanks to their dedicated and productive work, 1 million 407 thousand tons of wheat were delivered to the state. This is clear evidence of the successful implementation of reforms in the agricultural sector under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Hero-Arkadag.
