Here again a special mention should be made of the activity of the United Nations Organization, other international and regional structures, Turkmenistan and friendly countries, admirers of remarkable works of the outstanding poet-humanist on popularisation of creativity of the outstanding poet and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi in the world.

The system of public health services and medical industry develops with high paces. Enormous work is carried out to bring it to the level of the progressive countries that receives a wide recognition on the international scene. The merit of workers of the system in remarkable achievements in this area is great.

Considering merits in expansion of friendship between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Kazakh people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokaev Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as a memorable and gift badge.

Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of the monument «Kalbyň şypasy», built in one of the most beautiful corners of the capital, as well as the reconstructed avenue.
