President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has extended his deepest condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on the loss of life and injuries in the terrorist attack in the city of Kabul.

Two-day celebration of Nowruz in Turkmenistan will be remembered by us not only for bright events honouring the spring coming but also as a day of paying tribute to the traditions and to national heritage. This year, the holiday was as unusual by its scale and intent as polysemous.

National Spring Holiday – the International Nowruz Day, which was marked by tree planting event, was widely celebrated in Ashgabat. Ashgabat citizens took active part in cultural and ecological events organized by the city administration of Ashgabat and by the Construction and Energy complex.

National Spring Holiday - International Nowruz Day was celebrated with great effect in Turkmenistan. The main events of the celebration were expanded on tradition place «Nowruz ýaýlasy» where the building in the shape of huge traditional tent «Türkmeniň ak öýi» has been built.

The festivities in Akhal velayat in honor of the national spring festival, Nowruz, began with mass tree planting, launched by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received congratulations from the leaders of the country on National Spring Holiday – International Nowruz Day.

I would like to offer you my hearty congratulations on the national spring festival, International Day of Novruz, which is being widely celebrated at this wonderful time of the year designated as “Turkmenistan - the Heart of the Silk Route”, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said in his congratulatory message.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held the research and practical conference ""Diplomacy of neutral Turkmenistan: from history to the future"".

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, having approved the membership of Intergovernmental Turkmen-Korean Commission on Trade-Economic and Scientific-Technological Cooperation for the Turkmen part.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy held the conference on the key directions of the forthcoming work in the context of the implementation of the State Programme to Support Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan in 2018-2024 and the plan of relevant activities for this period, which were approved by the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on March 16, 2018.
