The Centre of Non-governmental Organizations held the first session of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the sixth convocation with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. During the session, new leaders of National Parliament were elected and priority objectives of the deputy corps of the country were outlined.

In accordance with the Resolutions of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan:

New leaders of National Parliament were elected at the first session of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of new convocation with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Berdimuhamedov Serdar Gurbangulyevich is appointed to the post of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The seminar, organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy jointly with the United Nations Organisation in the Yyldyz Hotel focused on the progress of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Turkmenistan until 2030.

President Gurbanguly berdimuhamedov held the session of the Cabinet of Ministers where the outcomes of social and political campaign that has been recently held in the country – the elections of the deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, members of velayat, etrap and city People’s councils and gengeshys, were reviewed. In addition, the issues of internal policy of the state and realization of national programmes have been reviewed and number of documents have been adopted.

A National Industrial Exhibition of the Republic of Uzbekistan has opened in the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Held in the Turkmen capital for the first time ever and initiated by the two neighboring states’ leaders, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the specialized economic exposition aims to deepen and expand areas of trade-economic cooperation, and build closer partner relations between the friendly countries.

For the improper execution of the official duties and the serious shortcomings in work, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Resolution, severely reprimanding:

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on the establishment of the Intersectoral Commission for the development of the national costing standards database and the improvement of the pricing system in construction, having approved its membership and the Regulation on this Commission.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having approved the Programme of development of economic, financial and banking system for 2018 – 2024 and the Action Plan for its realization.
