Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to consider a number of issues of state life.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed on the activity carried out, including perfection of the national legislation, was the first to take the floor at the meeting.

As she informed, at present, according to priority aspects of the state policy and on the basis of advanced world practice, the bills connected with state registration of the rights to real estate, legal support of joining of our country the international documents are developed. Along with it, proceeding from requirements of the time, amendments and additions are made to some codes and laws of Turkmenistan in force.

With a view of exchange of experience in the legislative and parliamentary activity, representatives of the Mejlis made business trips, in particular, to the People’s Republic of China for participation in the seminar held by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China as well as in the forum of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which took place in the Austrian Republic.

Besides it, representatives of the national parliament participated in meetings and seminars devoted to the further development of interaction in various spheres. Events were organised by representations of the Children's Fund of the United Nations and the European Union in Turkmenistan together with state institutions of our country.

Summing up the information, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out the significance of conduction of further work to strengthen the legal basis of Turkmenistan and perfection of legislative activity.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Kh.Geldimyradov reported on adopted measures on modernisation of economy and budgetary-tax system.

As he reported, at present, national and government programs, the transformations aimed at industrial-innovative development of the country are successfully realised, macroeconomic stability is provided and social standards of living of people raises.

Large investments are made in dynamical development and diversification of national economy, adjustment of innovative manufactures. Besides it, modern social and industrial projects are put into operation, new workplaces are created. In addition, practical steps are taken to optimize the budgetary-tax system.

Having heard the report, the head of the state marked that in the country due work is implemented to develop the national economy and perfection of the budgetary-tax system and instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to support further steady growth of economy.

Further, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet G.Agajanov reported on adopted measures to organize the activity of the oil and gas complex according to time realities.

As he informed, on a constant basis, the material and technical basis of the fuel and energy branch is strengthened and uninterrupted supply with necessary means of manufactures of the given sector is provided. Successful fulfilment of tasks in this sphere allows equipping facilities of the complex with necessary equipment and optimising production.

In this connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted for consideration of the head of the state a corresponding proposal.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the work implemented in the country to develop the oil and gas sector and strengthen its material and technical basis. Having approved the proposal on perfection of the activity of the given complex, the head of the state gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of concrete instructions.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the state of affairs in the agricultural branch and course of seasonal campaigns in velayats.

As he informed, today, the wheat harvesting campaigns are at the closing stage. Proper work is also implemented to transport the collected grain to points of reception and elevators.

With a view of preparation for future wheat crop, free fields are ploughed, agricultural machinery, stock, grain seeders, which will be involved in the forthcoming campaign as well as high-quality seeds are prepared.

In addition, proper care is provided for cotton fields, interrow cultivation, application of mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering, in particular, are carried out.

In Dashoguz and Lebap velayats, due care is taken of rice fields. In Mary velayat, the sowing of autumn sugar beet goes on and in fields where green shoots are obtained, watering is carried out according to agro-technical standards.

With a view of improvement of water supply and ameliorative condition of agricultural fields in the velayats, rational and effective use of water resources, water basins are filled, and irrigation and drainage networks are cleaned.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised the importance of the further complex development of agricultural branch, maintenance of strict control over the well-organised conduction of the grain-harvesting harvest season, transportation of the collected crop to points of reception. The head of the state also instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to continue the work on care of cotton fields taking into account agro-technical standards.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov reported on measures realized to increase manufacture at the subordinate enterprises of "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern in particular, at the iodine factory "Balkanabat".

As he informed, at present, with a view of diversification of the national chemical industry at the expense of rational and effective use of local source of raw materials, the new enterprises based on innovative technologies are put into operation, modern manufactures are created. Thus, a special significance is given to cooperation with foreign companies.

In this connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined that due work is carried out to develop the chemical industry of the country, adjust export-focused structures. Having approved the proposal on organisation of new modern manufacture at the iodine factory "Balkanabat", the head of the state gave the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet a number of instructions in this respect.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet N.Atagulyev reported on the forthcoming meeting of the Turkmen-Tajik business council.

As he informed, within preparation for the second meeting of Council, which will be held in Dushanbe, necessary work is carried out. The main objective of the given structure - the further development of mutually beneficial trade and economic relations between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. In the meeting, participation of representatives of ministries and branch departments, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of our country is expected.

In that connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noticed that our country consistently increases trade and economic cooperation with foreign states and instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to prepare for the meeting session of the Turkmen-Tajik business council properly.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Seyidova reported on adopted measures to study the cultural heritage, restore historical and cultural monuments and popularise them widely among the youth.

As she informed, according to the corresponding program, in the spring season of the current year, the National Department of Turkmenistan for Protection, Study and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments carried out the next stage of scientific researches of historical and cultural monuments and their restoration.

In addition, by means of high technologies together with foreign scientists the digital database of historical monuments of the country is formed.

With a view of popularisation among the youth of national property within the Week of culture held in Balkan velayat, a special event devoted to study of architectural design of a medieval mosque found out by archaeologists, was organised. Besides it, in the state historical and cultural reserve «Ancient Dehistan» in field conditions the scientific-methodical seminar took place.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out that in our country, the great attention is given to wide study, protection, revival and popularisation of rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people. In this connection, the head of the state instructed the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet to continue work on restoration of historical and cultural monuments and explanation of the value of national property among the youth.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Mammedov reported on realised practical steps to organize recreation in sanatoriums of the country.

As he informed, in the health resorts created at the initiative of Hero-Arkadag, natural resources are widely used, advanced experience is introduced and the quality of service raises and availability of recreational services improves. Thanks to the support of the President of Turkmenistan and according to the requirements of the World Health Organization, the material and technical basis of sanatoria is strengthened.

At the same time, in velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities, etrap centres, settlements and countryside modern medical institutions are constructed, the operating ones are modernised. In the health resorts equipped with the high-quality innovative medical equipment, complex techniques are applied to improve health and treat patients, various medical services are provided for the population of our country and foreign citizens.

Summing up the report, the head of the state underlined that in modern sanatoria of the country all conditions are created for appropriate rest and strengthening of health of the people. In that connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet was instructed to take measures on perfection of recreational services with a view of protection and strengthening of health of Turkmen nationals.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annayev reported on the work carried out to announce the competition of innovative projects «Digital solution - 2026».

As he informed, its purpose – to reveal young men who are engaged in development of software and innovative activity. The present competition will be held in such nominations, as "Artificial intelligence", «Robotics and automation», «Digital medicine», «Education and electronic training», «Smart City», «Smart agricultural technologies» and «System of services». Its results will be summed up within the international exhibition and scientific conference «Türkmentel - 2026».

Projects, which will be presented at the competition, are planned to use in the course of introduction of digital economy and in production cycles of various branches.

In this connection, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet submitted a relevant proposal for consideration of the head of the state.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noticed that in the country a purposeful activity is implemented to develop digital economy, the youth takes an active part in reviews of the innovative projects in this area. Having approved the proposal on announcement of the competition «Digital solution - 2026», the head of Turkmenistan instructed the vice-premier to carry out necessary work.

At the meeting, a number of other important issues of state life, on which corresponding decisions were made, were also considered.

Concluding the online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and great successes in their work for prosperity of our sovereign fatherland.
