To appoint Annayev Shyhmyrat Esenovich as the hakim of the Ruhubelent etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, relieving him of the post of deputy hakim of the Dashoguz velayat.

To dismiss Serdar Sahetgulyyevich Meredov from the post of hakim of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of the Dashoguz velayat in connection with his transfer to another job.

To dismiss Maksat Kovusovich Annanepesov from the post of hakim of the Lebap velayat.

To appoint the Chairman of the State Committee for Water Management of Turkmenistan, Genjiyev Durdy Meymanovich, simultaneously as the hakim of the Lebap velayat.

To dismiss Orazov Begenchmyrat Sapargeldiyevich from the post of hakim of the Mary velayat.

To appoint Annaberdiyev Dovranberdi Orazberdiyevich as the hakim of the Mary velayat.
