Days of Culture of Russian Federation in Turkmenistan have been ceremonially opened. Cultural event was timed to official visit of President of Russian Federation to Ashgabat and indicates the importance of cultural and humanitarian sphere in strategic partnership of two friendly nations that has received new impulse to the development during current high-level meeting.

In the Mukam Palace the State Cultural Centre the final stage of the televised art competition of amateur young performers «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!» took place.

I congratulate you on the participation in the final round of TV contest «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!» -the message of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov says. – These days, neutral Turkmenistan is preparing for celebration of the 26th anniversary of the Independence. Large success is achieved in all spheres of life and life level of our people is visibly growing. At present days, new social and cultural facilities, plants and factories, modern complexes are built and opened in every region. These reforms are to provide steadfast development of the State.

Conference Hall hosted a gala concert of the participants of the final stage of Garaşsyzlygyň Merjen Däneleri Children’s Singing Contest dedicated to the 26th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.

Days of Culture of the Russian Federation will be held in Turkmenistan. The holding of this creative action, aimed to further strengthening the relations of friendship between the peoples of the two states, is scheduled at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Ashgabat.
