In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On International Treaties of Turkmenistan”, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order authorizing the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Turkmen side, The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection in the field of management and protection of transnational objects “Turanian Deserts of the Temperate Zone”, nominated to the UNESCO World Heritage List.

In order to successfully implement the “State Program to increase the volume of exports of products manufactured in Turkmenistan” and the Saglyk State Program of the President of Turkmenistan, to establish the production of medicines competitive on the world market on the basis of environmentally friendly local raw materials, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree.

In order to further increase the cotton production volume based on the rational use of land, water, agricultural machinery and mineral fertilizers, high-quality agro-technical measures in the epoch of power and happiness, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree ordering the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the khyakimliks of the Akhal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats:
