The past month has brought new bright touches to the active socio-political life of the country, filling it with events that are particularly significant for both strengthening fruitful international cooperation and increasing its authority in the world. The business meetings and negotiations, forums, political consultations, conferences and exhibitions held during this period have become the most important reference point for expanding partnership in the name of universal peace, prosperity and progress.

In order to implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 240 «On the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan» dated 14th of July of 2023, as well as to properly establish the activities of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

In order to implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan № 240 «On the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan» dated 14th of July of 2023, as well as to properly establish the activities of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, speaking at the Summit "Central Asia — Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Gulf", noted the huge role of the cultural and humanitarian sphere.

In order to radically reform the spheres of agriculture and environmental protection of the country and further increase the efficiency of their activities in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state through improved management, I decide:

To release Altyev Allanur Nurgeldievich from the position of minister of agriculture and environmental protection of Turkmenistan for serious shortcomings made at his position.

The “open doors” policy successfully realised under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and wide cooperation found a bright reflexion in political consultations, numerous meetings and business negotiations in bilateral and multilateral formats, profile exhibitions, business forums and cultural actions held by ministries and departments in the month under review.

One of the central historical events of 2023 in the country became the large-scale celebrations held on June 29 on the occasion of the opening of a new city of national significance Arkadag.  

Last week that marked the blessed holiday Kurban Bairam, symbolizing the triumph of high humanistic ideals, a truly historic event took place, which will be written with golden letters in the annals of the Independent Neutral Homeland, confidently going on the path of creation, prosperity and progress.

Consistently implementing the foreign policy based on the status of permanent neutrality, our country under the leadership of head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov increases fruitful relations both in bilateral and multilateral formats.
