It was held a regular graduation of students of the higher educational establishments of military and law-enforcement agencies of the country – the Military Institute and Institute of the Navy of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, Frontier Institute, Institute of National Security and Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country. Major solemnities on the occasion of this event have been organized on the square before the capital’s Monument of Constitution. President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander in Chief of Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent Congratulatory Address to graduates, commissioned officers and teaching staff of the higher educational establishments of military and law-enforcement system.
