More than 680 Ashgabat families celebrated new house-warming parties in sixteen nine-store buildings of Parahat 7/4 living estate. Six 54-apartment and ten 36-apartment houses of improved series were put into exploitation there. Ashgabat city administration is the client of large living estate. New solid high-rise buildings are distinguished by technological innovations, original architecture, comfortable zoning of living space, increased size and ceiling height of the apartments. Construction of new living complex was entrusted to domestic entrepreneurs. Construction companies, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan build sixty solid living houses on the territory of new estate. Social infrastructure will be supplemented by several kindergartens, three comprehensive schools and medical centre. Besides, land plots for construction of trade, public catering and public services enterprises are reserved there. Multilevel parking for 400 vehicles opened at the intersection of Azadi and M. Tachmuradov streets. Passenger lifts are installed inside the building for the comfort of vehicle owners. The parking is equipped with sensors and information displays showing free parking lots. Besides, all levels are equipped with surveillance cameras and fire alarms. The ground floor is occupied by the car wash. Picturesque recreation zone is expanded on the territory of 630 hectares in the south-west of the capital where 15th phase of elite houses is built. New park is made on the hill area from where magnificent view on white-marble Ashgabat and Kopetdag Mountains is opened. Beautiful architectural ensemble including Arkadag monument, Yildyz Hotel, the centre of wedding ceremonies Happiness Palace, multifunctional stadium Ashgabat and hotel for 2200 guests is located nearby. The objective of new park zone, bounded by Bitarap Turkmenistan, Hero of Turkmenistan Atamyrat Niyazov avenues and Oguzkhan, Gyorogly and Bikrova streets, is to combine public and living zones into single ensemble and to become an important element of recreation infrastructure and to promote the formation of ecological comfort zone in the concept of the development of Ashgabat. Taking into account the uniqueness of the landscape, where the park is located, modern architectural, planning and design solutions were used there. Natural green plantations were kept around the whole area of parking complex, decorative and exotic trees, shrubs adapted to our climate conditions were planted as well as modern irrigation, and rainwater drainage systems were made. Comfortable zoning, bright landscape compositions in combination with small architectural forms, pedestrian and cycling passes, cosy pavilions and benches, original elements of artificial lighting supports the atmosphere of harmonic rest. Undoubtedly, new park will be the favourite place of numerous capital residents.
