By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, “Turkmenhowayollary” State National Service has been renamed as “Turkmenhowayollary” Service. The decision was adopted with the purpose of improving the work of civil aviation service in Turkmenistan and bringing its organizational structure into conformity with international standards. “Turkmenhowayollary” Service was ordered to cooperate with the Ministry of Adalat in order to develop and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month the proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan ensuing from the Decree.
