In the light of development of market relations and as measures of economic incentives for the tourism industry of the country, proposals are developed to improve the efficiency of managing the hotel chain in Avaza National Tourist Zone. One of them suggests changing the legal status of the state enterprise “Hazyna Hotel” that is currently supervised by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan. It is proposed, inter alia, to convert the said enterprise into the business association. At the same time, several banks of the country are expected to act as co-founders and co-participate in the authorized capital of the business association.
